Meet Jessi Hoadley

Jessi Hoadley, a Wilmington, North Carolina native, is thrilled to begin her role as Executive Director of Development for PTPT. Growing up in Wilmington, Jessi was an active performer in the local arts community, developing a lifelong passion for theatre, dance, and arts education.

Jessi graduated from Western Carolina University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre and a minor in Dance. Following graduation, she built a diverse professional performance career, appearing at respected regional theatres including Maine State Music Theatre, The Fulton Theatre, Dr. Phillips Center, Suncoast Broadway Dinner Theatre, and performing as a vocalist aboard Norwegian Cruise Line, entertaining audiences around the world.

Over the past year, Jessi has continued her professional growth while living and training in New York City, gaining valuable experience both on and off the stage. Now, she is excited to return home to Wilmington and invest in the community that first inspired her artistic journey.

Jessi is passionate about creating opportunities for the next generation of artists. She is honored to join PTPT and looks forward to helping expand its impact while supporting young performers as they discover their own love of theatre.
