PTPT Studio Summer Intensive

Terms & Conditions

    • Full payment is required to secure a spot in the program.

    • Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received.

    • For the PTPT Studio Intensive, enrollment is contingent upon successful completion of the audition process. Payment submitted prior to audition results will be refunded in full if the applicant is not accepted.

    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the first day of the registered session are eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start date are non-refundable.

    • Exceptions to this policy may be granted at the sole discretion of the Executive Artistic Director in cases of documented illness, injury, or family emergency. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@ptptstudio.com.

    • Program hours are 10:20 AM – 4:00 PM daily. Students must be picked up promptly at the end of each session.

    • PTPT Studio is not responsible for the supervision of participants outside of scheduled program hours.

    • Students will not be released to anyone other than the registered parent/guardian or an approved authorized adult listed at registration.

    • Late pick-up may result in dismissal from the program.

    • All medical conditions, allergies, and accessibility needs must be disclosed at the time of registration. Failure to disclose relevant information releases PTPT Studio from liability related to that condition.

    • Emergency contact information must be accurate and current.

    • PTPT Studio staff are trained in basic first aid. In the event of a medical emergency, staff will contact emergency services and the participant's emergency contact immediately.

    • Participants who are symptomatic with illness should not attend. Please contact us as soon as possible if your student will be absent.

  • All PTPT Studio instructors and staff have completed background checks prior to employment. The safety of our students is our highest priority.

    • By registering, the parent/guardian grants PTPT Studio permission to photograph and/or video record the participant during camp activities, including rehearsals and the final showcase.

    • This content may be used on PTPT Studio's social media channels, website, and promotional materials.

    • The final showcase will be professionally filmed. Families will receive footage of their student's performance. By participating, families consent to their child appearing in ensemble footage that may be shared with other camp families.

    • Parents or guardians who do not consent to media use must notify PTPT Studio in writing before the first day of their session. Opting out will not affect the student's participation in the program.

    • PTPT Studio is committed to maintaining a professional, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all participants.

    • Participants are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

    • PTPT Studio reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior consistently disrupts the learning environment, disrespects instructors or fellow participants, or poses a safety risk. Dismissal under these circumstances is not eligible for a refund.

  • PTPT Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to the program.

  • PTPT Studio reserves the right to make adjustments to the schedule, curriculum, or instructors as needed. Families will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

  • By submitting registration and payment, the parent or guardian confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the registered participant.
