Ready to sweat, smile, and strengthen your body without the pressure of a technical syllabus? Welcome to Move & Groove, our signature high-energy dance-fitness Lab designed to get your heart rate up and your energy high. This is a weekly fitness session set to an infectious playlist where the goal is simple: keep moving and find your rhythm.
In this class, we use continuous movement and repetition to build the stamina and physical conditioning required for high-intensity performance. Whether you are looking to cross-train for your next production, increase your cardiovascular health, or just want a community-driven space to get a great workout, this Lab is for you. We’ll focus on agility, coordination, and the sheer joy of movement, connecting the dots between physical fitness and the art of dance.
No terminology hurdles or choreography stress—just a supportive environment where you can work out with confidence and leave feeling stronger. Come move with us and find your groove!
