The heart of PTPT Studio is our commitment to sustainability, equity, and accessibility. We operate as a mission-driven entity, where every dollar earned—from tuition to merchandise sales—is reinvested in the future of our students, faculty, and programs.

Your contribution directly fuels one of our three dedicated endowment funds below. When you donate, you are not just giving money; you are investing in a proven, three-stage pipeline that delivers elite and accessible performing arts training and empowers professional artists right here in the Wilmington community.

Please select the fund that aligns with your passion to see exactly how your gift makes a difference.

Apprentice Theatre Community Fund

3% Cover the Fee

This fund provides direct financial support and sponsorship for the Apprentices' monthly free community productions and mainstage shows. It allows the Apprentice Theatre to cover essential production costs—such as rights, costumes, lighting rentals, and set materials—without charging apprentices. This ensures our Apprentices can focus entirely on applying their mentorship and developing their leadership skills in a professional, fully supported environment.

Paul Teal Legacy Student Fund

3% Cover the Fee

This fund provides direct financial assistance to students who need help covering tuition costs. The fund operates on a first-come, first-served basis for all requests when resources are available. It allows us to fulfill our mission of providing elite and accessible performing arts training to every dedicated student in our community, ensuring that financial limitations never prevent talent from being nurtured. This is our primary Student Accessibility Fund.

Studio Advancement Fund

3% Cover the Fee

This fund is dedicated to ensuring the physical studio space remains equipped with professional-grade necessities and resources required for elite training. Proceeds from this fund are used to purchase new equipment (mirrors, barres, sound equipment), secure props and set pieces for scene study, invest in technology, and fund necessary facility improvements within Historic Thalian Hall, making the studio a cutting-edge training environment.
